📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage breeding programs to enhance crop yield, quality, and disease resistance.
• Oversee the selection, breeding, and testing of new crop varieties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in breeding program management.
• Strong background in genetic research and crop improvement.
• Proven track record of successful breeding program management.
