🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in gold recovery operations, with a strong background in CIP/CIL processes.
• Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in complex operational environments.
• Certification in environmental management and sustainability practices.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SAP, and mining-specific tools like MineSight.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
