📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.
- Handle administrative tasks including document management, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Support the HR team in recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews and onboarding.
- Assist in office management, including inventory control, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide psychological support to employees as needed.
- Assist in the organization of company events and activities.
- Manage office supplies and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, office administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
