📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and manage breeding programs to enhance crop yield, quality, and disease resistance.
- Oversee the selection, breeding, and testing of new crop varieties.
- Collaborate with research teams to conduct genetic studies and develop new traits.
- Work with agronomists and farmers to ensure that breeding programs meet the needs of the agricultural community.
- Monitor and analyze breeding program performance using data analytics tools such as Excel, R, and SAS.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in breeding program management.
- Strong background in genetic research and crop improvement.
- Proven track record of successful breeding program management.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Excel, R, and SAS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
