📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to optimize production efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets from various sources, including IoT sensors, ERP systems, and MES.
• Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with plant managers and engineers to implement predictive maintenance systems using machine learning algorithms.
• Drive data-driven decision-making across the factory by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data management and factory operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to keep our analytics capabilities at the forefront of the industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing data-driven solutions in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, with the ability to create compelling and insightful dashboards.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Experience with IoT platforms and sensors, as well as familiarity with ERP and MES systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in data analytics, project management, or a related field are a plus.
