📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Process and reconcile bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update accounting records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Support the finance team in auditing and reviewing financial transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns, including corporate and personal income tax filings.
• Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Support the finance team in managing payroll processes, including processing employee payments and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
