As an Aluminium & Glass Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for aluminium and glass components in various construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that all materials and labour costs are accounted for, and that the estimates are realistic and achievable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for aluminium and glass components in construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine material requirements and associated costs.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that estimates are realistic and achievable.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to project managers.
• Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all estimates and project costs.
• Provide technical support and advice to project teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using cost estimation software such as Bluebeam, EstimateOne, or similar.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, including aluminium and glass.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
