📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, private parties, and cultural celebrations.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event budgets and ensure they are adhered to without compromising on quality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to secure future events.
• Create detailed event proposals, including timelines, budgets, and vendor lists.
• Oversee on-site event management, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Monitor and evaluate event performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of local regulations and permits required for event planning in Bali.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
