• Design and implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
• Create visually appealing and cohesive store displays that reflect our brand's image and appeal to our target customers.
• Manage inventory levels using Retail Pro and POS Systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess merchandising performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure consistent application of merchandising standards across all stores.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail merchandising.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new product launches and promotions.
• Provide regular reports on merchandising performance and sales data to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in using Retail Pro and POS Systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with beauty and cosmetics products and trends is a plus.
