📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead and mentor a team of CDI specialists, ensuring adherence to clinical documentation standards and regulations.
- Oversee daily operations, including audits, reviews, and corrective actions to improve documentation accuracy.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, auditors, and IT teams to streamline documentation processes and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement in clinical documentation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training programs for CDI specialists and healthcare providers.
- Analyze and report on documentation trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA and ICD-10.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the CDI team.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical documentation improvement, with a proven track record of success in leading CDI teams.
- Certification in clinical documentation improvement, such as the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) CDI certification.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare providers, auditors, and IT teams.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation software, such as Epic, Cerner, or other relevant systems.
