📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all products are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards.,Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring that targets are met and deadlines are adhered to.,Train and mentor production staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Conduct regular quality control checks and inspections, identifying and addressing any issues or defects.,Maintain a safe and efficient workplace, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure that production needs are met.,Analyze production data and trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure that all production equipment and machinery are properly maintained and calibrated.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervision role, preferably in the electronics manufacturing or repair industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.,Ability to travel to various locations within Bali as needed.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
