📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and insights from employees.
- Organize team-building activities and events to strengthen team cohesion.
- Assist in the recruitment process by promoting our company as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or a similar role, with a focus on employee engagement and culture building.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar tools.
- Certification in HR or a related field is a plus.
