📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assessing and evaluating the creditworthiness of individual borrowers.
• Developing and managing individual financing portfolios.
• Conducting home visits and meetings with potential borrowers to understand their financial needs and business plans.
• Collaborating with the branch management team to ensure the smooth operation of the financing department.
• Monitoring and tracking the performance of individual loans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles and Shariah-compliant products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of financial systems and software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
