📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.
• Handle administrative tasks including document management, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
• Support the HR team in recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews and onboarding.
• Assist in office management, including inventory control, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide psychological support to employees as needed.
• Assist in the organization of company events and activities.
• Manage office supplies and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, office administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
