🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion R&D, textile testing, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of fabric properties, weaving techniques, and textile chemistry.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with sustainable fashion practices and eco-friendly materials is a plus.
• Certification in textile testing or a related field is a plus.
