📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of facilities, identifying and resolving issues to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
• Oversee the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and monitor energy consumption to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute facility upgrades and renovations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive facility documentation, including drawings, manuals, and records.
• Provide technical support and training to facility staff on system operation and maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance facility performance.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, and implement measures to mitigate risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering, with a focus on M&E systems.
• Certification in electrical and mechanical systems, such as NEC, OSHA, or LEED, is a plus.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP for design and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of energy management systems and sustainability practices is a valuable asset.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
