As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.,Perform banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently.,Verify customer identification and maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.,Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information about banking products and services.,Handle cash handling duties, including counting and reconciling cash deposits.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety guidelines.,Report any suspicious activities or transactions to the appropriate authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Familiarity with banking software and systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
