📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing cash transactions and ensuring accurate financial records,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly,Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction,Maintaining a clean and organized cashier area,Assisting in inventory management and stock control,Training and supervising junior cashier staff,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a cashier or similar role,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and cash handling,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
