PT Duta Terang is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Sanur, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.
  • Ensure high standards of food and service quality by implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations.
  • Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and customer service strategies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports and other operational reports to the management.
  • Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.
  • Ability to use POS systems and other relevant software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
