Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.🛠️ Keahlian
