📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Facilitate training and development programs,Coordinate benefits administration,Assist with payroll processing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
