PT Inti Emas is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.,Monitor fuel usage and ensure compliance with fuel policies.,Track vehicle mileage and usage, and generate reports as needed.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are available when needed.,Investigate and resolve any vehicle-related issues or accidents.,Maintain accurate records of all vehicle transactions and activities.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
