📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract candidates.,Provide feedback to candidates and follow up on applications.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
