📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Create learning materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and workshops,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Collaborate with managers and HR to align training programs with business goals,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related role,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms,Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
