AETHER Corporindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Shop Assistant to join our team in Belawan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including stock management, sales, and customer service.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and sales performance.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with all products displayed attractively.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the store manager.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to boost sales.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment, with a strong background in sales and customer service.,Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to train and mentor staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in retail management preferred.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
