📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the stores, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute operational plans.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail management systems and processes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
