In this role, you will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Prepare and maintain financial records using SAP and Excel.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Support the finance team in reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and filing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
