As our Accounting Supervisor, you'll be the backbone of our finance team, ensuring our books are accurate, our processes are efficient, and our financial goals are met. You'll have the chance to work closely with our CFO and other key stakeholders, making a real impact on our company's financial health.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including financial reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance team members.
  • Prepare and present financial statements to the board and management.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
  • Manage vendor and customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and collections.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and accounting software like SAP or Oracle.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
