📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of accountants and bookkeepers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits administration.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.,Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in supervisory roles.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
