📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.,Facilitate workshops and seminars to support employee development.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with managers to integrate learning and development activities into the workplace.,Provide administrative support for learning and development activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
