📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing outlet operations to ensure smooth daily activities.,Support the Outlet Staff in handling customer inquiries and complaints.,Maintain inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the outlet.,Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials and displays.,Support the team in achieving sales targets and objectives.,Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive work environment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including data entry and basic software applications.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
