📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining customer databases and records.,Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Assist in setting up and managing sales campaigns and promotions.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the telesales team and management.,Collaborate with the telesales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.,Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all sales activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
